"I booked my room in November for a specific tower where the rest of my group was staying, Tropicana overbooked and switched my reservations to another tower without any prior notice. The other tower was okay it was just not with the rest of our group. We checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Saturday and not one time did housekeeping come to clean/restock/provide new towels, etc."

The lady in the front desk gave us a hard time every time we asked for any assistance, “threatened to call the cops”!!! when asked to open our room door because we left our key inside the room. Broken amenities!! My 7 year old had to be hospitalized with neumonia due to his asthma flaring up by sleeping in a dry and cold room. The heater wasn’t functioning properly, we informed the staff and nothing was done. Cold air and water was also coming in the room through the window."
