The water temperate ranged from Luke-warm to cold. The water drips down, making it so difficult to shower quickly. "I booked the room with king size bed and it was confirmed. But when I reached hotel with my toddler and infant I was given different room with twin bed only. This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation. I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice. "
