"Very beautiful hotel, smell good which is important in India, very efficient and good service, welcoming, nice breakfast. We were disappointed only with one matter, we booked also dinner, there were no guests at dinner and the kitchen was bed as well as the unprofessional staff, we asks to cancel the dinner for the following days, and they had no flexibility at all to cancel which is weird in my view. We pay for dinners but went out to restaurants. Very upset about that."

"We stayed at this hotel from 31/07/25 to 03/08/25 and had a wonderful experience. The ambience and décor are truly amazing…you have to see them in detail to fully appreciate the beauty. The rooms are spacious with a very good shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and respectful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and we chose to have dinner at the hotel as well. The food was delicious, with a traditional style that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, a memorable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service."

"Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area.
