"The outlet/charging situation in the room was difficult to manage. The fact that you couldn’t charge anything when the lights were off was frustrating. Most ppl charge their devices at night so when that wasn’t an option we had to improvise. "

"Staff was courteous. Hotel was a little run down, the free breakfast wasn't much, the hotel looked a lot nicer than in the pics. It took a long time for the water to heat up. Not the level of quality I expected from Hilton. However, price was cheap and the rooms were clean."

"The room was great except for a corporate decision to remove the little coffee makers from the rooms. This meant walking across the property in 3 degree temperatures with a minus 27 degree wind chill and icy walkways."

"Heat was shut off in the room. Took hours for it to get warm but floor remained ice cold. No carpet. Bathroom floor was even colder and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Toilet seat terribly discoloured. Surfaces clean but everywhere else had dust build up. Didn’t attempt the breakfast. Didn’t look appetizing. Tasted the juice and it was horrible. "

"One of the best Comfort Inn's I have stayed. The room was spotless, no smells and well supplied. The staff was courteous and accommodating and very friendly. The hotel was well lit and accessible as well. I will come back given the opportunity and definitely recommend to others. "
