We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus . We were under the impression that the safari is in exclusive vehicles since the charge was more than 4 times the govt charge. 20 mnts into the safari, we returned to pick up more tourist and there was not enough seats. "Such a wonderful safari resort for families. We stayed two nights and it was wonderful. Very clean and attentive staff. Food options were great and our child with a wheat allergy had plenty of options. My wife enjoyed the spa and the kids enjoyed the play area. We will definitely be back again and only stay at Serai."
