"I had stayed in 2024 in one of their other property, which was a great stay tbh. However this time(2026), the stay wasn’t pleasant at all. Sure it’s clean and everything, but the amenities were not up to the mark at all. Starting with WIFI, only ours wasn’t working, i had to literally call them 3-4 times to get it fixed, you literally have no signal here at these properties, so this was a huge disappointment. "Hell of the experience. Ac not working. Unprofessional staff, reception staff totally unprofessional. I called so many times at customer care. But, no response. Working hours mentioned as 12 pm but no one is responding. My worst of experience. I want my money back with compensation for mental agony."

"Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet."
