"Great accommodation for the price. Breakfast was very good value and the owners are clearly passionate about hospitality. If you want to travel between Anjuna, Vagator and Assagao, then this is in a perfect location. Standout is the pool, which is a good size and usually pretty quiet."

"The hotel is more like a prison camp, rooms are awful, damp & smelly + toilet/shower is falling apart & no room service for the 8 days I stayed, everything is worn out. Staff are all very nice"
