"My wife and I loved our time at this property. It has a very cute garden where we would sit and have tea. We also enjoyed the art display in the living room, which was all made by the host’s mother. "Strict policies on cancellation even after calling 5 min after my error was a total let down. Was booking Toyoko Inn Nara Oji-eki Minami-guchi, but by error booked Toyoko Inn Higashi Osaka. Called 5 min after noticing error and requested to cancel or adjust to the preferred one. Only to be told I have to pay ¥9,537 for cancellation. Poor listening and customer service. Nonetheless the rest was ok. "
