Very clean and a convenient location to get to the airport. The breakfast was ok for vegetarians but the chefs tried their best to make whatever was possible. The Chinese restaurant golden dragon was really good. The food was amazing. The staff was friendly. Overall all the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Choose this one over the other 3 Jetwing hotels in close vicinity. Set in front of the beach all rooms have a sea view. Staff are courteous and extremely helpful. Rooms are large with a huge bathroom with a nice deep bathtub. Modern, clean, comfortable with a great balcony. Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Staff and service was excellent. Staff were attentive and anticipated our needs without being intrusive. Facilities were of a high standard and included everything we needed. The outdoor pool was exceptionally enjoyable. WiFi was excellent - both in the room and at the pool. It’s worth booking a club Horizon room as the lounge is worth every penny.

the hotel was right on the beach. We had a seaview room which was large and roomy. The room was kept very clean. The facilities at the hotel were very good. All the staff that worked there were amazing and could not do enough for you. The anamation team made sure that guests were occupied during the day.You were made to feel like a person rather than just a number. The pol was kept very clean. The food was varied although most dishes were spicy there was something for everybody to eat.

I stayed at this hotel because it was reasonably close to the airport, and on the beach, and would have been happy with something quite basic, but the quality of service and facilities was more than I expected. It is also the first hotel I have ever stayed in that outlines a clear policy of zero tolerance of child abuse and gives directions to guests as to what they can do if they observe something untoward. I have been staying at Colombo Hilton for many years. It is my favourite hotel. The staff are very friendly and they go out of the way to help your need. The property is spot on. Breakfast is excellent and I hope that I will get free breakfast included in my next trip. I am unable to comment about the sea view as I was given a room facing the entrance of the hotel

Very nice hotel, right on the beach. Nice long Beach, great for walks. Breakfast and dinner selection was very good. Staff were friendly and rooms were comfortable.

An excellent choice for the last day and night of a two week trip in Sri Lanka. Got to the hotel hours before the check in time, and was given a room straight away. There are multiple restaurants to choose from for dinner. Dinner at Ocean was fab! Cocktails at the roof top bar were nice. And the afternoon by the pool was chilled. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Its a fantastic hotel and looking forward to stay next time. Service staffs specially staffs at pool bar and security near lobby lift need to be much more friendly and need to talk to guest.
