Complimentary breakfast which was very good, happy hour in the afternoon - wine and nibbles, the view from the room was amazing & the staff were very pleasant.

Friendly reception staff. Location great for 5 min walk along garden path to the beach. Also walkable to a couple of local restaurants. Reasonable breakfast delivered to your room. Our room was a little on the small side and decor is quite dark but location is unbeatable for a few days of total relaxation around the pool and on the beach.

we were looking for the most relaxing base from which to access an introduction to historic Saint Augustine. For us that means effortless access to a beautiful, sandy beach, a quiet pool, privacy, parking, boutique scale, fellow guests and breakfasters, and likewise staff, with a certain discrete charm, a freshly prepared breakfast, a spacious, comfy bed for a good night's sleep. A mid range hotel with good well equipped rooms, excellent staff and good breakfast. Ten/fifteen minute walk to centre. Would recommend for good value and good facilities

This place was a Very Nice Surprise ! Beautiful decor, nice furniture and decorations, on th Upper floors th balcony was comfortable with a good view of th Matanzas River.. Definitely worth another visit !

Absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful resort! Room was just fantastic. So spacious and beautiful designed. Bar out on the marina dock was just great. As was the restaurant where the food and service was great. Nice little pool to relax. The resort is in a great location with plenty bars and restaurants close by and not too far to walk over the bridge to the historic district. What a great find this was!

great location, loved the waffles, good parking, pretty hotel. We took room 303, the suite and it looked like a regular apartment, separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, separate dining, balcony, and it was equipped.

Given the price of other hotels in the immediate vicinity this one is a bargain! Sure, it is a budget property, but if you are looking for a clean bed close to the beach this fits the bill perfectly. For us it was a one night stop to go to a Blackberry Smoke concert 2 miles up the road at The St Augustine Amphitheater. One of our favourite music venues and an amazing show. Will stay here next time if the price is right as it saves the 2 hour plus late night drive back to Kissimmee.
