Of course St Augustine nearby with lots to do in the town. "

"The place was great for a family with older kids. There was an open hot water tank/closet. The condo itself was clean, however the balcony was filthy and was easily tracked inside. We donated a rug for the balcony door. The owner requests you leave your shoes at the door...the littles feet were filthy all the time from going on the balcony. The railing was far enough apart that the 2 yr old would fit through. I would definitely stay again without young kids."

Unfortunately, our bed was stained so we slept with a blanket overtop of it, the hotel towels were also stained before we even used them(staff switched them out right away), and our shower wouldn’t drain properly but it wasn’t too much of an issue."

We didn’t mention it to the manager, honestly, we were busy enjoying all the local history, beaches and wonderful restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."
