Great location
Good breakfast
Room upgrade required to a executive with a bath
Wonderful decor
Staff need improve on their sense of urgency and customer satisfaction - so slow and lack that customer care - communication
Check in is slow
Would stay again with the eight room and bath robes as a standard feature

Excellent location. Hotel is very modern, very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
