"We love this hotel and, whenever the pricing aligns with our budget, we choose to stay here. However, there are a few areas where we would really love to see addressed: The Bed I never sleep particularly well here. The bed doesn’t feel very sturdy, and any movement my husband makes transfers across the entire mattress and wakes me up. It genuinely feels like sleeping on a waterbed at times, which makes for a very restless night’s sleep. The Toilets The toilet flush is incredibly loud and quite startling, especially during the night. In fact, I can often hear toilets flushing from rooms across the hotel. The Doors There seems to be a lot of movement throughout the hotel at all hours, and the room doors do not close quietly. The constant slamming and noise carry easily into the rooms."

"We had the most amazing stay at the wave hotel. Every single employee we encountered from check-in, to wait staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is incredible with a sophisticated curated vibe and high tech features. Every space is beautiful with unique art and beautiful accommodations. We loved the live music, upscale dining, and location within walking distance to Lake Nona area attractions."

"The bathroom and bedroom had water damages, dirty bathtub, Breakfast horrible!"

"Property was well maintained and staff was friendly. Had a bad experience with shuttle service. We dropped our rental car at airport and expected a return from shuttle. We were unable call hotel. Phone was disconnected. Very frustrating as we waited at airport for over 1 1/2 hours. Had to pay for taxi service. Breakfast was fine; hot coffee, waffles, eggs and sausage. Breakfast is a plus. Call out for excellent service-Shevon went out of her way to provide superior service."
