"The rooms and facilities were clean. What I found disappointing was continental breakfast is advertised for 6am and when I arrived for breakfast at 615 only toast and hard boiled eggs were ready to go. There was syrop in a bowl but no pancakes or waffle maker present. Very dissatisfied that I had to go over to Tim’s to get more breakfast because the hotel staff was too lazy to have anything ready to go for the advertised 6am. Probably won’t stay again and will choose another hotel next time."

"The hotel looks old and tired. We scored a room on the 4th floor when renovations have already been started. Our ac worked well, room was clean but the carpet needs to be replaced. I had to ask about free breakfast and free hot springs voucher, but both included with our stay. Parking was also free, a real bonus in Harrison. The location is right in the heart of town."

"Great place to spend weekends. Very little in way of entertainment. Resort is very nice. Set in quiet mountain back drops. Beautiful beaches and the calm waters of the lake. Good food in multitude of restaurants. Great place for locals to spend their day. Nice picnic areas for families to enjoy. The evening strolls along the lakefront were calming in beautiful cool breeze after a day of high temperatures. The staff were ready to help"
