Staff were in the main welcoming and quick to remember what we liked. Very good with the children; range of activities for them- 11 year old especially enoyed "water fight" and pool.
Also family activities, incuding walks in the country; 2 year old loved the animals- chickens, goats and pregnant cow!
I was well looked after when I fell over- my fault- and hotel arranged taxi to and from hospital.
The food was excellent- breakfast full of variety for all tastes- including vegan, vegetarian...

An amazing hotel to stay at whilst in barca. Slightly out of town which we knew. Nice walk back into the city (90 mins) but along the beach. Get an uber, as much cheaper than a taxi if you dont want to walk. Two swimming pools which are very good. Staff were amazing throughout the stay. The breakfast was quality! Only reason why this isn’t a 5* is purely location and nextdoor to the far side is a power plant which makes the view from one side not amazing. The sunset on the rooftop bar is a must...

This hotel was 100% 5 star. The staff were so helpful and attentive to your request. Rooms are lovely and the location is nice and quiet if you want to get away from the city centre but is only a short bus ride of walk into town. Would happily go back.

When exploring a busy city, your accommodation is more than just a place to lay your head, it’s a place of refuge and sanctuary. The Casa Fuster was perfect in every way!! From the moment you walk in there is a sense of relief that only the weary traveller can empathise with. The location is perfect, as it’s close to everything you’re there to see, but far enough from the madding crowds to feel like you can breathe. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
This is by far the most wonderful hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
First of all, the staff are wonderful. They exude warmth each moment you engage with them. They never seem stressed, and nothing seems too much for them. They have a WhatsApp service which is truly valuable for recommendations, requests and other notes you want to pass to the staff without leaving the comfort of your room.

Hotel is located in the north of the city outside Barcelona centre but metro close by takes you directly into Placa Catalunya ( cheap and convenient way to get around) . Thought the hotel was beautiful, really great rooms. I also loved the quiet location. The only thing I didn’t like, not sure if this was a misunderstanding, was the fact that you had to pay to use the spa. The swimming pool on the roof is free though
