"The property was overall lovely, with all amenities as required for a short stay in a hotel. We struggled on many occasions to find a sunbed. Prices for food and drinks are not as cheap as we expected with many surrounding bars and food places serving the same drinks and food for cheaper. Definitely great to go out. Breakfast was appalling, coffee and juice was super though! "

"Staff were really friendly and worked really hard to keep the guests happy. There was a great variety of food in the morning for breakfast and tasted great. We stayed in a family room and it was large although on the lower ground so not a great balcony although meters away from the pool and the restaurant. "I really recommend this hotel, from the food to the cleanliness of the rooms to the kindness of all the staff, this hotel is one you’ll feel super relaxed and comfortable. You also have to check out the spa and treat yourself to a massage, I’ve come back to London feeling like it was definitely worth every penny. The views to the beachfront and the beautiful sea were just breath taking. I will come back one day."

"Anybody reading this take stock, booked this hotel on a quick break to Tenerife. The hotel was excellent, Location walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Management were very professional, polite, helpful. Catering staff took pride in their hospitality making sure food was presented and cooked to a high standard Cleaning staff who were always extremely busy in hotel and accommodation, pool and bar deserved a special mention. 35 years travelling hotels with business and pleasure, far more than most people could imagine this hotel provides everything you need. Some major chain hotels in uk could do with a week holiday here to understand customer focus. Thank you I will return."
