"This hotel didn't allow me to check-in, even though I booked and paid. They said they don't allow foreigners, becuase of some Form C document. How does a hotel not allow foreigners... This happened close to midnight and I was forced to walk the streets with all my luggage to find another hotel.
Don't ever book here."

I booked this hotel for a couple of days to spend with my parents in Mumbai. The staff were so lovely leaving us with such good memories of our few days in Mumbai. They were super helpful, very polite and dealt with any queries as soon as possible. They also made a cake and decorated the room with balloons for my mother’s birthday when I asked them for just a little something. They made a whole cake! After a bad experience in another hotel i decided to book another hotel urgently. I found Meluha the fern and booked on the same day. After explaining the bad experience I had last night they let me check in earlier. Basically they saved my trip!
I’m very greatful to the staff and would 100% recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t heaitate to stay here again.

Fantastic location. Great customer care from the bellboy to front desk to room service to the managers to the bar. There is a very clear ethos in this hotel and this kind of attention and care is what hospitality is all about.

Welcoming reception, and very helpful staff when I had one problem with my keycard and one problem with taxi pickup that I had self arranged. Comfortable stay. Large selection of breakfast items. Next to a mall for all of your shopping needs, along with a few restaurants. Area not very exciting, mainly good for business trips or visiting family.
