The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay pleasant. The property, however, is still under construction, and this was not mentioned in the listing. As a result, parking was quite inconvenient, and getting the car in and out was a hassle. The apartments are fairly compact, though they do include the basic amenities needed for a short stay. One highlight was the breakfast tray served in the room—it was convenient and thoughtfully presented. That said, the fruit juice and milkshakes could be of better quality. Overall, it’s a decent option for solo travelers or couples staying for a night or two. However, the listing should clearly mention that the property is still under construction, that parking is extremely limited (only one or two cars can be accommodated for the entire building), and provide accurate room size details so guests can set the right expectations.

We had a pleasant stay overall, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. However, there are a few areas where improvements could further enhance the guest experience, particularly in cleanliness and service efficiency. Cleanliness Improvements: • Ensure bedsheets are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before use, as we noticed staining and lack of freshness. • Improve floor cleaning to maintain consistent hygiene standards across rooms. • Strengthen cleaning and inspection of in-room items such as coffee cups to ensure proper sanitation. Service Improvements: • Reduce turnaround time for laundry services, as delays exceeded 40 hours. • Improve speed of food order processing and delivery. • Communicate expected waiting times more clearly when delays occur. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciated. With better cleanliness standards and improved service speed and communication, the overall experience would be significantly enhanced. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. Regards,

The check in was easy with the front desk staff when we checked in around 7 am as I had paid for the previous night. It was very close to the airport. The property is new and they are still setting up a few things. We got the room with blue couch and it was clean. Breakfast was really good and different everyday. The best filter coffee I have ever had. A few things they need to improve on are as following: There was no housekeeping so for our 3 day stay nothing was swept or vacuumed.. We had to put our trash out and call the staff to take it. I washed the dishes the first day after breakfast but no one came to to get them when I asked the staff the next day they told me to leave them outside the door. Wifi was cutting in an out a lot, multiple times a day which was annoying since we had to work. One of the toilets was leaking but when I told them they came right away to look at it. There is a washer in the balcony but a big part of the balcony railing was missing which is really dangerous and not safe at all, they must put something there to prevent fall from 9th floor. I asked them for an hour late checkout and they let us do that. Overall it was a good stay and if I have to be in Mumbai near the airport, I will definitely book them again.

The customer service was excellent and the staff was great. They were still under construction so no complains. It’s a small boutique hotel and they do have different room types so the pictures need a few updates stating the type of room you will get. Since I’m from the states I’d categorize this as a 3.5 star hotel/extended stay Overall great value and management! Thank you for everything!!!🙏🙏

We booked two rooms but they had only one for us. They managed to give us other room across the street to other hotel. Family divided in two hotel Property is under construction/process of renovation Noisy they worked just outside of our room and make loud noise. Narrow lobby. Horrible experience.
