"This was the first time I have ever stayed at a BNB, but I do know that it is not possible that the Rye Park Manor is the BNB luxury standard. RPM is basically the Ritz Carlton of BNBs. Every single aspect of our stay was beyond phenomenal. The breakfast was better than many NYC restaurants. Not a single area of this property even had a speck of dust. We are still talking about how amazing our stay was and it’s over a month later! "

"Very nice hotel . Large king size room with a steam shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Close to Clifton Hill Tourist strip . Easy walk to the Falls. $18 to park car . Breakfast is served in your room which was delicious and lovely. I’m not an eat breakfast in my bed person, so I Recommend A small table and two chairs in the room to eat the breakfast. "

"A fantastic place in a beautiful location surrounded by farms and orchards. The house was very clean and well equipped. The property management was very responsive and cooperative. We had a little bit of hassle upon checking in to retrieve access code but it was resolved quickly. I asked for a different room because the first suite was dated and the view was limited. I was assisted with kindness and professionalism. I was able to park nearby for a nominal fee at a convenient store. I plan to stay again, but it was a 10 minute walk to the attractions we visited. "
