"I mistakenly gave this place a good review on a stay from last week. The staff was friendly however the other people staying at the hotel were loud and rude. Slamming doors after 11 pm and talking loudly as if they were the only people there. Staff was friendly but the hotel itself was desperately in need of updating. Shuttle service to and from the airport was great"

"We were greeted by a very stoic and unhelpful staff member who let us know that we had to pay $100 fee for having our two small dogs with us. We were unaware of this policy as it was not listed on Expedia so we mentioned being surprised and the concierge ignored us and handed us papers to sign. We were a little put off (as we would have gone to another hotel if we had known) but then the room was SO cold and for some reason we couldn't turn the heat up more than 70. There wasn't a real comforter on the bed- it was very thin and the bed was uncomfortable. the only nice part of this stay was the veteran checking us out who was so kind and I witnessed him being very attentive to another guest. Will not be staying here again."

The overall issue was the location of the room we were given : aside/in-front of elevators, beside the main backdoor entrance, near vending & Ice machines ! Its not the 1st time we experience this issue but it always happen when we book through Expedia !?! So, If you can afford an extra amount of $, I advise you to book directly on the Hotel Website …"
