"The lobby and front entrance are 5 stars; however, the bathtub in room 304 is chipped and the pipes make a very loud noice upon flushing. Gym treadmills need to be replaced or maintained as at least two are loud. Staff was great and would definitely visit again for a business trip."

"We absolutely loved our 3-day getaway! We never left the resort. Food from their different restaurants turned out superb, both spas were excellent, and the entertainment was top-notch. Lots of great spots to choose from. We stayed in the Tower and did a couples massage at Skana. Luxuriously delicious. I went for a facial at the day soa and left there feeling radiant. We also had a wonderful dinner at their rooftop steakhouse. To sum it up, loved our stay!"

"I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was delicious but the eggs and bagel was my go to 殺 they had other choices though like cereal and oatmeal ❤️. I had a good stay here the vibes was just right for me I’ll be booking with best western in the future ."
