The property is wonderful. Hosts are great and there are some lovely seating areas both in and outside the property. Breakfast was good and there were also drinks and snacks available The bedroom was nice and the super king bed was the comfiest I have slept in The only thing I would say is that our bathroom was not en-suite which we didn’t realise at the time of booking although it was only assigned to us.

We stumbled across this little gem while looking for a dog friendly hotel to stay for a family getaway. The owners were so friendly and made you feel very welcome. From our arrival until our departure we felt welcome! The property was both charming and inviting, the staff were lovely, we both were made feel totally at ease from start to finish! This is a great place to stay! We admittedly had a brief but enjoyable stay because we were catching a midnight train, so if I had a tiny comment to make it would be that the room we stayed in would benefit from curtains or something to cut down the light , as sleeping during the day would have been easier...
