"It’s a nice hotel, but there are a couple of things that they could improve! The location is close to the tram so I had no issues whatsoever. Staff was very nice and helpful and it’s nice not to do a check out (you have a code, no keys). "The management wasn't friendly, i told the miss manager the light in the room wasn't working properly ,she said we will check it out. I think she should offer proper conform to the customers. Also i was asking if i could leaves the car , until 12 . I could walk visit around come get back car . She wouldn't not backed off the policy.
