They had a breakfast buffet available. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only problem was the lack of hypoallergenic bedding (I'm allergic to down). Other than that, it was a great place to stay

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay, room is nice and clean; front desk service is vey friendly; delicious breakfast; parking lot is only 20 meters away; and hotel is right next to the largest shopping area in Kumamoto, also the convenient store is next door.

Breakfast buffet was amazing kept us on schedule since it was early breakfast times Ac was nice Rooms stocked and cleaned They have a magnet sign letting them know if you want your room only towels stocked or if you want your rooms tidied up Check out was very simple Check in time is at 3pm but they can hold your luggage in lockers until it’s time Shops and restaurants around the area to kill the time until it’s time to check in time will go by very quick Pjs outside the rooms on a table

This place is located at somewhat the end of a shopping street so its quieter yet convenient. The hotel provides the most extensive range of toiletries in the hotel lobby. Breakfast is very good!

It was great friendly staff with a breakfast buffet in the mornings. It is 1500 yen for the breakfast buffet which has local cuisine. The only downside i would say is if you need to do laundry it can get really expensive

It’s a one minute walk round the corner from a huge covered shopping arcade. Lots of food options. The whole check in and check out process was easy. The staff helpfully kept our luggage when we arrived in the morning. The room was very well designed with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was nice, a mix of Japanese and western breakfast. They included some local dishes which was a nice touch.

This hotel overall is very good, compare the room size it was quite big in Japan, and the amenties provided are enough, downstairs there two two convenient store, parking place is just one minute walk, you can get a discount card from hotel staff if you park your car in the designated parking place. I will choose this hotel again when I visit Kumamoto next time

First visit to Kumamoto

It was good. The room was spacious and the service we got from the staff pre and at check-in are flawless. It can be a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel from JR Kumamoto station with luggage as the tram is always full of people the station. But I really like the fact that it's close to the shotengai area and there are a lot of shops, restaurants and game centres around.

Public parking, convenient stores and shopping street is less than 3 mins away from the main door of the hotel. A good variety of toiletries are available at the hotel reception area. We can take whatever that we needed without any waste. The room and toilet are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. It is a plus point to have the connecting rooms available for our family. While they do not have a wide variety of food choices for breakfast buffet, the food is tasty with some Kumamoto local dishes available for us to try. Check out their official site to have a feel of the breakfast.
