The staff was polite and very helpful, even when we asked for strange things like gloves to eat chicken wings. When we arrived we were invited to sit a chill while they checked us in and provided a lovely rose lemonade. We also got alittle gift for checking out and actually tasty chocolate on our pillow. The location is also excellent.

Excellent reception staff- very friendly and helpful. Good sized room with kitchenette- under counter fridge. Pleased with free wine and water. In a very good location next to Tribunal metro station.

Excellent location to access all the main streets and squares. The property manager Christian was so helpful throughout (including recommendations) from check-in to checkout - and always contactable if needed.
Would happily recommend.

We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, and the team is very responsive. The room itself is spacious and clean. Despite we didn't use the kitchen, it's fully equipped.

Very nice clean room: a little small perhaps but not oppressively so, and I'm guessing this kind of room size might be typical of the kind of building it was located in.
Great central location, in particular was spot-on perfect for my wish to visit all of the 'big 3' art museums.
Staff friendly and helpful but discreet, as befitting the kind of hotel it is. The two gentlemen I interacted with both spoke English well. Recommended.

Fantastic location for exploring the area around Sol, and a very reasonable hotel rate too. Really easy to explore the area (Museo del Prado, Royal Palace and botanical gardens all only 10 minute walk away).

You need to be fit as the rooms are on the third floor. Staff were very helpful and courteous, although some were not so good at English but not a problem if you were patient. Great location as only a few minutes walk from Prado and less than 30 minutes from most city centre attractions…no catering so need to get vouchers from reception for two local cafe/restaurants, some excellent restaurant choices nearby. Interesting decor in our room (6), not much of a view but it was clean, spacious and...

Lovely hotel. Great location in the bustling heart of Madrid, but excellent soundproofing so the rooms were quiet. Close to metro stations but it was easy to walk to the main sights and museums. Delicious breakfasts and well-designed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you guys!
