We stayed in the junior suite and the view from the terrace was excellent, lots of space in the room BUT the shower and water pressure were very poor, that is the only fault in an otherwise excellent stay. This hotel is right in the center of Madrid. You can take the metro from the airport and take it to the Sol metro station and the hotel is literally a 4 min walk from there. With it being so close to the metro system getting around all of Madrid is a breeze. If you want convenience then this is the place to go.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from all the tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A nice feature is the 24-hour coffee maker, cookies, and fresh fruit available anytime. I appreciated finding a bag of goodies hanging on my doorknob in the morning. My only complaint was that the shower drainage was slow, so it flooded when taking a shower.
