"It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic."

"Amazing view, spacious condo, great location, a few minutes walk to the pools and beach. Not many services around the condo except for a pharmacy and corner grocery store. Mega and La Comer stores are only a 5 minute drive. Restaurant on site serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Helpful concierge and staff. Minor issue but worth noting is that the unit could use some maintenance - fixing door handles, appliances etc. Washer and dryer was great to have though. Recommend you bring...

"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape?
The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons.
We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

"El departamento cómodo y muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario aunque básico.
Los jardines muy bonitos.
No me gustó nada que en la alberca tenían bocinas y grabadoras con música muy fuerte por todos lados así que no se disfruta estar ahí. Tampoco me gustó que las mesas estaban llenas de basura de la comida y ahí la dejaban.
La ubicación muy buena."

We had an amazing stay here. All the staff were fantastic. It is some of the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel, everything felt so personal, and the extra amenities such as coffee and bags to take to the beach with towels, coolers and a blanket were great added touches.
The style of the hotel is also beautiful and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough.
