"This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and it was the best experience ever. The actual hotel is stunning. Everything is spotless. The main entrance is beautiful. The walk out to the pools is equally as magnificent. The pools are nice and clean and there are plenty of places to sit. The beach is clean and there aren't too many people trying to sell you things. The restaurants are amazing and for a week stay, you'll be able to try all of them. 10/10 would recommend."

"While there was an issue at check-in (no record of my free breakfast, and an additional $15/night fee which was more than the $12/night previously emailed), hotel management made it right. The staff and the service was fantastic, as was the food. The hotel is safe and the view from the room was fantastic! It was weird sharing a balcony with another room, but luckily we never saw or heard our neighbors. It's a lovely place, ESPECIALLY as an Expedia VIP member with the perks!"

"Let me start by saying WOW! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning another trip, this is a Gem! From the moment we arrived until we left we were swept off our feet. Marcos at the beach is amazing. He made sure to remember my order and greeted us with our favorite drinks each day the pool bar opened. Gave a great recommendation for the Blue grill the second night and served us there as well. Hands down best service I have received at any all inclusive. Each morning we had breakfast at La Casona where Fabian made sure to have our coffee always filled and to have a Bloody Mary with tequila on its way to the table. Fabian also made sure to have the mimosa’s prepared during breakfast as well. Why not you’re on vacation. Other servers were Esmeralda, Caroline, Paloma, Cielo, Rufino, Daniela. Next door at the Flamingo we had Polo at the bar, loved the conversation over a glass of Siete Lenguas with club soda and lime(siete leguas). Polo always had a smile even when other guests were being very rude. One thing I found is We did not have a bad moment. We made the best of the vacation. Others may leave a different review but that is their opinion! This by far was a fun and relaxing long weekend get away. Thank you to all that I mentioned and the others that played an important role in our stay!"

"Great property and special treatment if you book thru Expedia. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The only thing it didn’t work really great for us was WiFi! Other than that! We are definitely booking with them again ( we stayed in two different Krystal’s hotels ) both were great "
