"The gal at front desk was wonderful. Her calm and gentle nature cooled my anger at the parking gal who repeatedly gave me completely wrong directions for the shuttle bus pick up location at Logan. I ended up walking about 2 MILES trying to find location gate numbers that didn’t exist. Finally I just stood in the street to stop the Hampton bus risking getting run over to stop the shuttle. I was so tired and frustrated!!"

"This hotel served our needs well. Convenient location, clean and quiet enough. We had breakfast included, and the selection was great, food good. On site restaurant was pleasant and had good food. Not the best view (Mass Pike) but we were there to see a concert and visit old friends, so it didn’t matter. Buff’s Pub across the street was amazing, I’d spent many Friday nights there in my 20’s and the wings are as good as I remember!"

"I really loved the decor and lounge area. I had a room with king bed with shared bathroom - very cozy and beautifully appointed. The shared bathroom down the hall was very convenient and each was an individual toilet/shower - cleaned multiple times throughout the day so always felt fresh and clean. This will now be my go-to hotel when I visit my daughter! Great diversity in the clientele."

"When we arrived, the layout made me think of one of those Escher pictures with seven buildings which appeared to be folded together. However, once we got the idea of where things were, we were fine. It is convenient to major arteries but is also very quiet. The kitchenette has just the basics, so you should bring any extra utensils, plates, etc. as needed. The kitchenette has a microwave and Keurig available. The main room was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was also clean and comfortable....
