"It was an overnight stay for catching an early morning flight from the City Airport nearby. Everything at the hotel went smoothly. There is currently no pedestrian access from the Custom House station, which is not an issue with the hotel itself. Just be aware if you plan to arrive by train."

"Stayed 1 night in a family room, room was very clean and quiet. Hotel is in an excellent location for connections to all major routes and had plenty of parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful, we returned late and needed an additional duvet and they dealt with this quickly. "Despite construction works set up nearby, my stay at Point A Canary Wharf was quiet, clean, convenient and safe! The accommodation was just right for me staying four nights as a solo traveller with easy connections along the nearby station with access to Elisabeth and Jubilee lines. You will come across cobblestones on way from the station to Point A but it was only a minor inconvenience when travelling with 20kg luggage and outside control of Point A. Service at Point A was also friendly and professional. Plenty of dining options nearby at Canary Wharf too."
