"Great place"

"Clean room, helpful staff"

"The staff was very helpful in arranging taxi service and attending to every request. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. If you want alcohol your should bring it with you as it os only accessible at government operated stores. "

"The room was clean and staff was courteous and helpful. "

"We had a good stay, especially due to friendly staff (especially at the restaurant) and food working AC. We had some trouble checking out which was eventually solved but the staff was new and unexperienced. The furniture had stains on it, but we were very grateful for a comfortable bed at the end of the day."

"The stay was good they have renovated everything 😊 making it more beautiful."

"Friendly and helpful staff. We also liked the breakfast buffet."

"Great location Fine rooms for short stay"

"Great property from a location standpoint. Suite rooms are better compared to other rooms. We stay here every time we visit Guruvayur. Decent food options on site"

"Well maintained and great location. They could improve the restaurant menu options"

"Rooms are very comfortable and clean."

"During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. The quality of food was not up to the mark, and breakfast wasn’t available until 7:30. Overall, not...

"Front desk staff were very good. Also the breakfast buffett was good . Could have been better if food was kept warm."
