"This hotel was exceptional. The staff couldn't have been more diligent, friendly or obliging. The food fat exceeded expectations for a buffet style. Would definitely recommend. The shuttle service was prompt and comfortable. "

"The gym had Air Conditioning, but it was on a timer that turned off after two minutes, so it was a really uncomfortable place to work out. Staff was really friendly though and went out of their way to make the stay positive."

Restaurant staff need to be focused on what is asked of them. Not very good at taking requests. Best service was the check in and check out. Airport transfer brilliant. Swimming pool nice. Spa good.
