"I have travelled to more than 43 countries but nothing can be more horrible than Oyo Mint Leaves in Hyderabad. Let me list all the problems one by one: 1) No breakfast even though mentioned in booking 2) Dogged refusal to clean rooms despite mentioning 3) Phone not working and had to come down every time 4) Loud noise of carpenter on floor disturbed sleep despite complaining 5) They said they clean rooms only once a person checks out.
