Very bad. Beware of the atrium-facing rooms with no proper daylight being advertised as standard base category rooms. Even budget OYO hotels have better lighting quality.

They did not have the room ready at check in time. They asked me to take complimentary lunch and will let me know in the restaurant when the room is ready. The restaurant service was terrible. We had to call and yell to have a waiter at our desk.

But other than that nothing wowed us - cockroaches in lobby area, Rika restaurant couldn’t whip up a simple Manchurian dish - Mapo Tofu was an utter disappointment - dumpling soup was tasteless - multiple rings before anyone picks up - concierge yelled at my wife and hung up for no reason even before listening to her question…you could do better Hyatt
