The service was good in all phases of our stay. However, we did not expect such an untidy restroom. Especially, the condition of washroom, the plug sockets and shower lotion holders condition (just to name a few). As this is an expensive stay, we thought the rooms would be much cleaner.

In-house guests are ignored in the lobby. Walk in guests are well honored. The management is afraid to talk to walk in guests about their ill-civilized behavior towards in-house guests. This kind of behavior is not appropriate from the management.

Too many outsiders come and occupy the area of reception. The management takes the visitors as free for advertisement. Most of the visitors are mannerless and management does not fix the problem; instead, train the hotel staff to treat the outsiders as special guests. This offends the checked in guests.
