Nice enough place. But for the price of a nightly stay, it needs modernization of rooms, fixtures, and services. Right now, its most attractive feature is location. I'd stay elsewhere next time.

Didn't have the room that I reserved. Wouldn't give me the room that I reserved had to re. Reserve on expedia, just to get the room that I reserved.. Staff was very unprofessional unhelpful and rude. I've never had this problem with any of my Expedia check-ins. And I now have to try to get the other room paid back or credited to me.

The check-in person was very nice but she was working alone — so the lineup was long and slow. Also, the rooms are looking a little old and worn out. For example, the towels are so thin and worn that two have holes in them.

Family room was spacious and worked great for a family of four. A plenty of shopping and dining options available in walkable distance. Not easy to in and out and expensive, but on-site parking available. Friendly and well trained staffs!

Cleaner was parked outside my room for 5 days making a non-stop racket and slamming the door repeatedly. Window cleaners for 2 days and then they double charged me for one of the nights and claimed they couldn’t correct it at the front desk sending me off to a 1-800 number to dispute. Takes 15 minutes just to get through the automated garbage at the beginning. All really frustrating, not a great stay

The hotel itself was great, however I picked it because it showed amazing views from every room. I splurged specifically for this reason. We opened the first set of curtains and our view was an empty lot full of homeless people. The view from the other room was straight across from apartment the had decks full of junk.

An excellent hotel right in central Vancouver that was so easy to walk to public transit and attractions. The front desk did try to charge us an extra fee when we checked out so be diligent with your initial quote. Otherwise clean room, comfortable bed, and enjoyable pool!

A very nice Sheraton. Unfortunately there are two towers and if you end up in the less luxurious tower, you have very few amenities and have to walk a long way to get to the other tower which has restaurants, the pool, gym, etc.
