"138 Liberdade is a very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful! The only thing we didn’t care for was our room was noisy. It was located back in the new section and there was lots of traffic, both car and pedestrian. I think we may have been over the dumpsters? And there was a motion activated light that went on/off all night. Of course we are dumb and didn’t realize until the day we left that there were doors that closed over the windows....
