Good: friendly staff, lots of restaurants deliver via Uber Eats app. Proximity to shops, zoo, trains, museums, airport, etc is all within a short driving distance. Dishes provided. The space was of decent size for us to spread out. They provided an extra blanket for each of the beds.
Bad: feel they falsely advertised sound proof rooms. We stayed in the 3 bd on the 8th floor & could hear everything echoing in the hall & the elevator each time it was used. The person below us was loud at night. The beds creaked very loudly & were also very uncomfortable; as was the couch. You hear sirens several times a day due to traffic accidents. There is no doorknob on the door. If you leave the door open for more than 30 seconds (estimate), an alarm will go off. We had this happen twice while having food delivered. So you have to always close the door behind you. No shampoo/cond/body wash is provided. The dish soap container was empty, so I used soap from the bathrm to wash dishes. No wash rags, so I used a hand towel. The toilet paper is closer to napkins & dispenses 1 sheet at a time from behind you (if you're tall, your head will come close to hitting the wall getting up from the toilet). The window above my daughter's bed leaked on top of her. There was a small leak in the ceiling in my other daughter's room. Had to take stairs to 8th floor since elevator only went to 7th floor, which wasn't easy with heavy luggage with wheels. Only heat source was a small space heater.
