"This hotel was perfect!! The neighborhood is called Santos and it is great for a more quiet ambiance, however still close to everything you would want to do in Lisbon. "We had a very hard time getting access to the hotel from the main entrance to the hotel. I had to walk in to get the QR codes. The man, older guy, did not seem to car. He said thelat because we booked with a 3rd party we would not get an email with the code. My husband has a heart condition and he walked forever to find the main entrance. The sign on the road points to the parking garage NOT the main entrance. You need to fix that. Crazy bad first impression. Carolina at the reception the next day was very helpful. Maria Quigley"
