The property is simply okay. The hotel lobby is nothing immaculate and the front desk staff are polite, but I don’t have any examples of exceptional service. When we arrived, the sink water wasn’t draining properly but when we bought this matter to the front desk staffs attention it was addressed the next morning. As I said, the hotel is okay, no fancy amenities…but the location is amazing!!!

Wonderful location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel offered airport pick up (for €35) and is in a fantastic location. Easy access to taxis and public transit, plenty of restaurants. There are no fridges in the rooms so beware of that if you’re travelling in the summer. We also had a few days where our room garbage was not emptied, so that was a little annoying but no huge negative. Lovely place and would stay again!

The room was modest but clean. Shower leaked on the floor. The location was great next to the subway and train station. I would stay again primarily due to the room being inexpensive and close to everything. If staying for several days you may want to opt for a nicer hotel.

Great location. Very clean . Staff is very helpful and friendly. What surprised us was to find Russian state TV channels in the room that are banned in Europe (not in this hotel, apparently). Other than that, we would strongly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.
