"This little hotel was beautiful - scenery from our room on the second floor was beautiful, room clean with nice furnishings, and the staff were super helpful. We arrived a little early for check in and when we came back they had taken our cases to our rooms already! Also very helpful in sorting us taxis for a wedding, and any questions we had they were happy to help. Loved this place, will recommend to anyone I know staying in Sintra. "The house is nice and the price for the 2 bedroom was reasonable. The view was nice on a hill. Wifi was good. Amenities were fine with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and more. The house was clean. The only issue we saw was that one of the walk in closets had mold on the walls so we could not use it. Also hot (or even warm) water was not available all the time. "My room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and kind (Sandro helped me get my luggage to my room and to car) and moved my daughter's family to a 2 level room with a kitchenette for my grandson. Grandson loved playing in the indoor pool. Only negative was breakfast food choices on line not really what Americans tend to choose, but nice presentation. And coffee machines never fill the cups, need to do twice. But really, A lovely hotel!"
