Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also felt very safe and secure. I especially appreciated that security and staff required guests to show their key card before accessing the elevators, which was reassuring given how busy the area is. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This was a great value in the heart of New York. Room was big by New York standards. Decor was updated but still kept the original art deco flavor. Perfect location for our 3 days trip with two kids 7 and 9. We were offered to upgrade to a suite upon checkin for a small fee and we did it, it was way worth it to have a living room space separate from the bedroom especially for mid day breaks from the summer heat! We were able to checkin to our room at noon which was a pleasant surprise. Would stay again and recommend to other travelers. The property is old but felt iconic and fun for the girls first trip to the big apple! Loved having tick tock diner right on site as well!
