"My family and I had a great time when we went there. The staff was very helpful and polie, answering questions, making sure we knew about the activities resort and explaining the propertity surrondings. Shawn was very helpful and everytime we asked him a question he was happy to help. I love that they had Bingo for the adults (my hubby and I won twice :) ) My kids loved it and they had a great time. I was also happy that we had the place to ourselves meaning we didn't have anyone above or below us. Love the condo style buildings. we'll def go back there again."

"I am handicap and I asked for an ADA room and they gave me a room that was not ADA. I reserve two rooms one for myself and one for my guest. Their room was 212 and when we got there at 10 o’clock at night 1020 around there their room was not ready to inhabit. The beds were not made. There was a master room was not cleaned, but yet they gave it to us anyways my ADA room was not it was ADA, but it wasn’t what a welcome shower it was with a bathtub was not able to shower. The beds were too low for me and having one leg and no one to help get up from the low bed in an ADA room was not ideal…!!"
