"First trip to Toronto and picked the perfect hotel. Right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful, clean hotel with very good service. Multiple parking options and very good room service. Will definitely stay again and I strongly recommend it!"

"Our room had a great view of the lake, and we enjoyed watching the ferries and other boats. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was in need of cleaning; there was a lot of hair on the floor that we reported and it was then cleaned. But there were other cleanliness issues in the bathroom as well. So we can’t give the hotel a high rating. "
