"Spacious room, nice decor, great bath tub and shower, even comes with a variety of bathing salts. Thank you Ken for his help and restaurant advice. Also the night staff for helping the TV to work. Walking distance to all city sights. Just 10 min walk to Eaton Center. Will definitely stay again! "

"Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was always good. The hotel is at the perfect spot and a quick walk to the CN tower, Roger’s Staduim, hockey hall of fame. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The room was find. We have been upgraded but there was an evidence of leak on the ceiling. They had not plastered yet."

"The overall stay was good. However we had house keeping bother us when asked not to, we had a late phone call wake us up for no reason. Also when asked about the pool and hot tub hours there was no mention that the hot tub was not working. We only found out it was closed when we went up afterwards. Disappointed about that since we had long days and lots of walking. Food was pleasant even given the mid to higher prices; As to be expected in a big city tho. "
