"Decent value-price relationship for the location. Some feedback: - you should have floors dedicated to business travelers. I had a sleepless night thanks to a group of party-goers banging doors and yelling along the hallways. - what is the problem with elevators? some times some days it would take up to 6 minutes to go from floor 36 to the Lobby. Same thing waiting to go up. - rooms need some upkeep: vanity in the bathroom needs replacement, mirror with rusty frame, tiles in kitchen...

"This is a basic hotel- nothing fancy. It is clean, had everything listed ( hair dryer, soaps, lotions, shampoo, conditioner......) Breakfast of cereal, muffins, bagels with butter, jams, cream cheese and peanut butter available. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here numerous times. "

"Was clean, free covered parking, and having use of the games room was lots of fun. Only complaint was it was pretty hot overnight and the wall unit didn’t seem to help cool it down. Also, having use of the kitchenette was great, but don’t forget you need to bring everything for it. Dish soap was the one that slipped my mind! Overall very positive and much more affordable than most hotels. Some food options right on sight is another bonus "

"The staff at the property were very helpful and accommodating. We unknowingly had booked our trip for a Leaf's playoff game day and were arriving close to game time. Accessing the hotel for check in was (understandably) incredibly difficult and wasn't a great experience for our young family. Aside from this, which was our error, we really enjoyed the property itself as it was beautiful/well maintained, and as mentioned before, the staff were very helpful (they gave us a room on the opposite side...

"Overall, it was a good stay. It was a nice little apartment, really appreciated that there was laundry and dishwasher in a very compact space. Everything was quite new and nicely appointed, but it was a bit sparse - only a few cups and glasses, 3 forks, that kind of thing. And there were only two dishwasher detergent tablets for a stay of 7 days, and no liquid dish soap or drying towel. So that made it harder to keep up with dishes and tidying up - my message to the host is to please either...

"The property is at a great location, lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, parks and shopping. There is lots of public parking, car rental as well as city transit near by. The only problem was the noise from the railway lines that are behind the property. If you’re a light sleeper then you must bring ear buds."
