"Truly an amazing property. The unit we had was on the ground floor, with a private entrance. The unit was especially clean, well organized and outfitted. We had a little trouble with the check in. Our unit was locked upon arrival. It took close to two hours to finally get into the unit with help from security. I was impressed and yet annoyed with the communication. "Decent value-price relationship for the location. Some feedback: - you should have floors dedicated to business travelers. I had a sleepless night thanks to a group of party-goers banging doors and yelling along the hallways. - what is the problem with elevators? some times some days it would take up to 6 minutes to go from floor 36 to the Lobby. Same thing waiting to go up. - rooms need some upkeep: vanity in the bathroom needs replacement, mirror with rusty frame, tiles in kitchen...
