"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

Traveling companion’s door lock stopped working & had to wait for an engineer to come in & drill door lock to open. Had to move all belongings to another room. "Most courteous, welcoming and personable staff. Helpful in toting our suitcases. Because of the train strike we travelled by coach which ended up being a 12-hour journey because of traffic delays.
