"We use to stay before Covid at the ONE FARRER on several occasions, for up to more than 3 Weeks. This time we booked 12 Nights at the Loft. Check-in and check-out was speedy and good, as always.The replacement of the Restaurant and Bar next to the Lobby was a small disapointment to us. The Loft was always well cleaned by Arul. "I had a great experience at O’gallery. Before arrival they reached out to offer transportation services from the airport. They also communicated that their hotel rooms are smaller in size. I messaged them regarding dropping off my luggage earlier than check in time. Their response was quick and I was able to drop off my luggage in the lobby. "This resort was absolutely AMAZING. We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am!
