The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Anna who booked halong bay (2 days - 1 night) with excellent service and quality . She also got us a taxi for a better price than grab! Breakfast was good with an additional menu for hot food."

"위치도 괜찮았고 식사도 맛있었고, 직원분들도 친절해서 좋았어요 다만, 제가 숙박했던 18층이 수리를 새로 했는지 페인트 냄새가 너무 나서 방에서도 냄새를 맡을 정도 였어요. 업무차 방문해서 호텔에서는 밤에만 있었기 때문에 방을 바꿔 달라고 하지는 않았지만, 휴가차 묵었더라만 체크인 하자마자 방을 바꿔달라고 했을 것 같아요."

"Unfortunately we forfeited our stay due to wanting to get back home from a 7 week holiday. However we did check in and use the room for the day until our evening flight. Hotel staff were absolutely sensational, a level of service out of this world. Our room was prepared early given our circumstances, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, and got some sleep! Room was superb, views were amazing, and we loved the complimentary dessert and beer. Would definitely come back under different...

"We stayed here for 3D/2N, towards the end of our Thailand trip. Was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which is nice as it gives us extra space. The room is like a service apartment with living area and kitchen. I believe we got the corner room as you can view have a good view of the river from the bedroom as well as from the balcony.
